Travel conditions change quickly - road status, permit rules, opening/closing dates of shrines and attractions, government orders, weather and supplier pricing can all shift with little notice. 4. Health, altitude & adventure activities
Content describing pilgrimage routes, high-altitude travel, trekking or adventure activities is general in nature and is not medical advice. Individual fitness for high-altitude or physically demanding travel depends on personal health factors; travellers should consult a qualified doctor before undertaking such travel, particularly if they have a pre-existing heart, respiratory, blood-pressure or similar condition, or are pregnant or elderly. Photographs and images used on the website (of hotels, vehicles, destinations or experiences) are representative and intended to give a general impression; the exact room, vehicle unit, season, weather or crowd conditions at the time of your travel may differ. Where a specific hotel, room or vehicle is guaranteed, this will be stated in writing in your confirmed voucher.
