Accessibility & Inclusive Travel

1. Website accessibility

We aim to design and maintain lntourism.com so it is usable by as broad an audience as reasonably possible, including through readable text sizing, reasonable colour contrast, keyboard-navigable menus and descriptive labelling. This is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time state; if you encounter a specific accessibility barrier on the website, please tell us (Section 5) so we can look into it.

2. Sharing your accessibility needs

We are not able to plan around a need we do not know about. If you or a traveller in your group has a mobility limitation, uses a wheelchair or mobility aid, has a visual, hearing, cognitive or other disability, or has a medical condition relevant to travel, please tell us at the time of enquiry so we can discuss what is realistically achievable on your chosen route and suggest suitable hotels, vehicles and pacing. This is voluntary information used only to plan your trip (see "Sensitive & voluntary information" in the Privacy Policy).

3. What we can generally help arrange

• ·Vehicles with easier entry/exit where available, and realistic guidance on which vehicle category best suits a mobility need;
• ·hotels with step-free or lower-floor rooms where the property offers them - subject to availability and the hotel's own infrastructure;
• ·a more relaxed itinerary pace, additional rest stops, or a shorter daily driving/walking distance;
• ·guidance on which sightseeing points and pilgrimage stages are more or less physically demanding, based on available information, so you can make an informed choice;
• ·coordination with porters/pony/palki/doli services where offered by local operators at a pilgrimage site (chargeable separately, per Section 4 of the Terms & Conditions).

4. Practical limits we cannot remove

Some accessibility limits are outside our control and cannot be guaranteed away:

• ·Many Himalayan pilgrimage routes (including parts of the Char Dham circuit) involve steep, uneven or unpaved terrain, high altitude, temple steps, and sections not reachable by vehicle; some stretches are not step-free or wheelchair-accessible by their physical nature.
• ·Hotel accessibility infrastructure (ramps, lifts, accessible bathrooms) varies by property and location, and is not always available in smaller hill towns.
• ·Helicopter services have their own boarding, weight and medical-fitness requirements set by the operator/aviation authority, which LN Tourism cannot waive (see Section 9 of the Terms & Conditions).
• ·Weather, altitude and route conditions can change access at short notice for all travellers, including those with accessibility needs.

5. Feedback & requests

We welcome feedback on how we can make our website or trip planning more accessible, and we treat every accessibility request seriously and try to find the best realistic option for your circumstances. 6. Governing terms

This page describes our approach and does not itself alter the Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, or Payment & Cancellation Policy, which continue to apply to any booking. Nothing here waives any non-waivable statutory consumer right. Governed by the laws of India; Dehradun jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
